ORANGE, FENNEL, SALTED ANCHOVIES AND MOZZARELLA SALAD

As the other dishes, this salad has its origins among the Mediterranean area, where citrus salads are a must. It is not the more common combination of ingredients as we will also use Mozzarella (which is Italian), however it’s a great way for you to see how you can change slightly one recipe to your taste or use the products that you can get your hands on back in your country.

Again, we will add a sea touch which will be given by the salted anchovies, a traditional product that will be used to give a savoury flavour without the need of adding salt.
